Repairs, Renovations and Improvements
This we do to ensure the standard, value and appearance of the property is well maintained, working closely with the various experts and contractors in conjunction with the property owners.
We also ensure quality and speed of work delivery during work implementation to finality once the recommended budgets have been approved by the property ownerN/B
A contract is signed between Crestace Real Estate and the property owner outlining all pre-agreed terms of engagement.
